Today’s tutorial is for those who are going to some important place: a wedding, a birthday party or a formal date. Clean and dry hair, no product. Section the back horizontally. Larger sections result in looser waves, smaller sections are tighter. Wrap the hair around the outside of the curling iron. Twist the hair slightly as you wrap around the iron. Hold for 10-15 seconds. As you work up the head sectioning, take larger sections. Twist a section towards the back and bobby pin at the end of the twist.
