It only seems like there’s still a plenty of time before the summer, but spring will just fly by. Are you ready for summer season, to wear shorts, tight tops and swimwear or do you have some body zones to work on? If yes, my congrats and wishes to not giving up on workouts, and if not, then it’s about time to begin! As for me, I hate running, but knowing all of the advantages of it like strengthening muscles, especially heart muscles, stress relief, coordination improvement and many others make me want to try it this spring.
