First of all arrange your gems and rhinestones. Then using the applicator glue gems in place on the plastic sheet and let dry. After that cut gem cluster out of the plastic sheet. Now glue flat end of ear backing onto the top back of the gem cluster and let dry again. Voila! Your new earrings are ready.
