First glue the end of your ribbon to the end link of the large chain. Then start wrapping the ribbon around your chain links. Make sure to wrap the ribbon so it is covers the area where the chain links overlap. Glue at the other end after wrapping. Repeat on the other side of the chain. Let dry.
