You will need Sally Hansen Manicure Nail Polishes: Mermaid’s Tail, Arm Candy, Black and Blue, top coat and binder ring stickers. First paint your nails with Arm Candy and let dry. Next place your stickers at the bed of your nails to create the moon shape. Then paint with Black and Blue and let dry. Pull off stickers. Dab the tip of your nails with Mermaid’s Tail and once again let dry. Now you can apply your top coat and let dry. Be hot!
