Let’s be honest, floppy hats are usually kind of simple and unattractive, but a must-have for a beach vacation or summer break by the pool. Wondering how to jazz it up a little? I’ve got a brilliant and really easy idea to share! Except your plain floppy hat you’ll need 1” foam pouncer and all-purpose craft paint. The tutorial is as easy as pie: dip the foam pouncer into the all-purpose craft paint and make your first dot, starting from the top of the hat; slowly and carefully make your way down the side of the hat to the brim; make touch-ups with the brush after you make the initial dots if it’s needed; let dry completely. Voila!
