Every girl needs a cool casual tee to rock and feel comfy in it. Let’s make an eye-catching cut-out one! You’ll need a fitted t-shirt with some stretch, soft/flexible tape measure, a pen and scissors. Turn your t-shirt inside out and lay it completely flat. Match up the side seam as smoothly as possible. Using your measuring tape as your stencil, hold it evenly horizontal about 1-1/4″ in from the seam and trace it with your pen. If you want a bit of your bra to show through, cut your first hole as high as you like.
