All you need is the basic things: 2 chains (each 24 inches long), black embroidery floss, bendable wire. At first using the bendable wire join the 2 necklaces together at the end. Then cut approximately 20 strands of floss that are 6 inches long. String the floss through the end of the chain. At last fold the floss over and using a 5 inch section of bendable wire, wrap around the top of the tassel and repeat it at the other end of the necklace.
