Cut the piece of leather in a triangular shape and equal to the width of the pouch. Leave about 1 inch of the leather piece to be folded on the backside. Draw the pattern of your choice. Paint and outline it. Stick the bead just before the leather flap would end. Make a slit on the lower end of the leather flap so that you can push the bead through it. Voila!
