There’s nothing better than a soothing bath soak after a rigorous workout or a long day at work. It’s a great way to de-stress and to kick it up a notch. Here’s a recipe you may like. The supplies are 1/2 cup sea salt, 1/2 cup ground oats, 1 bunch fresh rosemary or fresh, washed basil. Mix together sea salt and oats in a large bowl and add to a hot bath, along with the herbs (rosemary, basil, or both). Feel free to chop or tear the herbs (if you like) as they will release more beneficial enzymes.
