This clutch is an absolute ‘must-have’ for every stylish girl for Spring/Summer season. You will need a clear clutch, grommet kit, four 1/2 inch grommets, assorted Swarovski crystals, glue, about 36 inches of brass curb chain, pliers, jump ring and hammer. Following the instructions in the grommet kit, mark out where you want the grommets to lay and place the block underneath. Place the punch above the PVC. Firmly hammer down on the punch. Remove punch and press out PVC. You will have a nice round hole. Following instructions in the kit, assemble your grommet. Using your hammer, pound the grommet together to look it in place. Repeat 3x for each of the grommets. Apply a drop of glue to the back of a rhinestone. Carefully arrange your crystals in a pattern. Slowly add more crystals. On each side, add a large crystal, surrounded by several smaller ones. Your clutch is ready!
