It looks as a very easy-to-make nail art, but you’ll need to practise before making this creative nail design! You’ll need nail art tool, two contrasting nail polishes and clear top coat. First paint your nails a base color and let dry. Now use your nail art tool to put two dots of nail polish on the top and bottom of your nail. Then pull down some of the paint with the tool, and stop right before the bottom dot, to create the thin end of your exclamation point. Add more paint to your tool to shape the top of the “!”. Next let dry and add a clear coat on the top. Enjoy!
