A bubble ponytail makes any outfit a head-turner. To begin this creative do, put your hair in a high ponytail, and apply a bit of hairspray all over to keep the style intact. Take elastics and place as desired. For smaller rounds, place the elastics closer together. For larger, further apart. Keep going until you get to the end of the ponytail; to create the round shape, softly pull out edges of each hair section between the bands.
