Actually every woman wants to have fuller lips, and of course lips should look natural. So that’s why many makeup artists constantly create new tricks and ways to achieve this effect. The easiest way is to use a lipstick with shiny finish, but prefer nude (or light pink) or clear shades. Then makeup artists even offer to create, for example, fake shadow under bottom lip with dark shade eyeliner (but of course you need more practice, it’s not so easy as it sounds) or a very thin line above your cupid’s bow using white eyeliner. You can try all the tricks and choose the right one for you, it all depends on your wishes and makeup skills.
If you wanna fuller lips and aren’t ready to make some permanent cosmetic procedures, this idea is for you! Let’s try to repeat our tutorial too! You will need cotton swabs, lip balm, lip liner, lipstick or tinted lip balm and highlighter. Start with smooth, soft lips. Exfoliate your lips by gently rubbing them with a cotton swab and some lip balm (use a rich, conditioning one). Remove all dead skin (any loose, flaking skin) and then remove excess balm from lips with a clean cotton swab. Then fill in your lips entirely with the lip liner. Cover any lack of pigmentation in your lips. Now begin defining your lip edges by slightly overdrawing them. For a natural, fuller look, go only right over your natural lip contour.
