It’s so sunny outside, it makes me want to use more color in my everyday makeup. And it’s completely possible and not vulgar at all, if you make it right. For example, let’s make an accent on the lips! The supplies are a lip color palette or lipstick, a concealer, a lip scrub, a lip brush, a lip liner and cotton swabs. First exfoliate your delicate lip area with lip scrub to make the lips smooth and flake free. Next apply your bright lipstick with a lip brush and then softly line the lips. Finally, clean up any mistakes or uneven edges with concealer. Voila! Looks pretty good, right?
