For this craft you will need just fringe trim (3 yards), t-shirt, sewing machine and thread. First of all cut sleeves off and side seams open. Next measure out fringe to bottom hem, pin. Then sew the fringe and shirt right sides together all the way around (front and back). Now stitch the fringe seam leaving enough place for your arm. That’s all!
