You can make this simple and stylish bag very fast. For this DIY you will need a white tote bag, glue, two large hinges, blue fabric paint, sponge tip brush, masking tape or painters tape. Start by using masking tape to block off a stripe. Bring your tape all the way around the bottom and up the other side. Repeat 3x, so that you have four lines of tape, forming the borders of a stripe. Tape off the top of your stripes just under the handle. Using your brush, paint the area between your tape. Allow to dry. Apply glue to the back of your hinge. And then add a hinge to the top of your stripe. Allow to dry. Your bag is ready!
