First begin with a fresh coat of white nail polish. Cut a curved piece of tape and place it on your nail so that it covers half. From the top of the piece of tape, paint the exposed nail yellow. Then carefully remove the tape from your nail. Next take your detailing brush and create black eyelashes along the width of your nail. Add an iris to the white part of your nail with blue nail polish and a dotting tool. Create a pupil inside the iris using the same tool and black nail polish. That’s all!
