The materials are a solid white (or any other color) cotton scarf, permanent fabric dye pen and piece of cardboard or a magazine. First of all place a piece of cardboard or magazine underneath the fabric, so it doesn’t bleed through. Then randomly make simple various sized scattered dots all over the scarf.
