Have an old unnecessary t-shirt? Make a tote bag from it! You’ll need t-shirt, fabric dye, salt and water, scissors, needle, embroidery thread, bucket and spray bottle. First cut around the neckline, in a half circle shape about 12 inches deep. Then cut off sleeves and hem, curve at side seams. Now take the needle and embroidery floss and stitch around the bottom hem. Follow the instructions for your particular fabric dye to create the dye bath.
