If you like handmade accessories as much as we do, you’ll be excited to make this a bit whimsy woven necklace. It looks very cute and original! Materials are 4”x6” piece of cardboard, duct tape, thread, cotton twine, large needle, thin leather strip, beads, chain, wire and scissors. Before weaving you need to make a miniature loom. Begin with grabbing a piece of cardboard and wrapping duct tape around the two furthest edges. Make 10 marks about 1/8” apart on each side using a ruler and cut a small slit where each mark is placed. Double up your thread and wrap it around the loom. Read about weaving at sayyes.com.
