Halloween is next month but preparing for it beforehand is a good idea because good decor, tasty and spooky treats and awesome costumes require some time. Today I’d like to share some ideas of Halloween looks that are work-appropriate, you can wear them to work to have fun at a party after it or just have fun during the day if it’s allowed in your office. Here are some awesome and very simple outfits to DIY.
Foodie Looks
Food has always been and will always be a source of inspiration for creating cute and easy costumes that everyone will love. Make a strawberry costume from a usual red dress – attach white dots to it, put on red or green shoes and make a paper hat to show off green leaves. A burger costume is another great idea: take a tan dress, add a colorful sash that shows lettuce and meat and add nude shoes. Love ice-cream? Make an ice-cream cone costume of a white dress with confetti, put on white shoes and a cone hat.

Book And Film Characters
If you have favorite film and book characters, portray them with your costume. It can be a bunny from Alice In Wonderland, Snow White or Hermione Granger, Superman, Wednesday Addams or anyone else. Most of such looks are really simple to create, for example, Wednesday costume can be made using a little black dress, black shoes, tights and a white shirt – nothing else needed! A Superman girl costume can be made of a pencil skirt, a blue shirt, a Superman top and shoes, so easy!
